Arrangements are available for local delivery or store pick up. Please enter the address at checkout to see if delivery is available to your location.
* Funeral Deliveries: Provide the name and address of the facility, name of point of contact for delivery, name for services, delivery time allowed prior to service, and service start time.
Store pick-up must take place during usual store hours; Monday through Friday (9 am - 3 pm) and Saturday (9 am - 2 pm).
* Each floral arrangement is thoughtfully designed using the freshest seasonal blooms available. While we strive to replicate the style, color palette, and overall look of the arrangement shown, flower substitutions may be made by our designers based on seasonal and market availability. The wrap and ribbon shown may be substituted for a different style based on availability.
* While we do our best to honor delivery requests, specific delivery times are not guaranteed. If delivery time is important, contact the shop prior to placing your order to ensure that we can accommodate your request. Please be sure to enter the correct delivery address and instructions. Farm Nine is not responsible for incorrect delivery information provided by the customer. If the recipient is not available, the arrangement will be left by the front door unless otherwise specified in the delivery notes.
* Store pick up orders that are not picked up on their scheduled date will be stored in the cooler but may lose freshness over time.
* Requests to re-make or re-deliver arrangements due to incorrect information or changes in pick up/delivery days will incur an additional fee. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need us to adjust your fulfillment date after placing the order.
